(my left foot) found a shoe... i'm so into Jason Mraz right now... *giggle* i'll probably feature one of his songs here (available for download on his website) which happens to be my favorite... me, i just think he's brilliant; he writes poetry with a kick, dancey-jazzy-ish, folky and true... AND he's friends with John Mayer... what are the odds of that?!...

worship... i guess it's easy for us to write up on music we admire or love very much, but what attracts me personally and mostly is the sincerity of the band who plays it... oh, i'm sure sincerity can still be found in a lot of people, but what i'm talking about is a humbled sincerity... it's an honesty that stems from a realization of one's mortality, and one's dependence on Someone Greater... when one adores, one needs no permission to stop... when one kneels down, one finds no desire to look up... when one raises his hands to heaven, one aches to reach even higher... when one basks in the sun, one remains still, under the burning melody of its yellow rays... when one worships, one looks like a fool... and he doesn't care...
